I am sorry I misunderstood your question the first time. I understand now that you know for a fact that the hair loss that you have is from CO exposure. It is such a rare symptom, that is why it is in the last place of the line of possible symptoms. CO exposure is very acute in general and there is no time to develop hair thinning or hair loss. So it can happen only in chronic exposures.
I researched long about that side effect and from what they have seen is that, after the exposure is stopped, the hair will start to grow back within 2 weeks.
