Can Coconut Oil Be Used For Diaper Rash?

Question: My 13 month old seems to have really bad diaper rash. Have kept her diaper free since morning and applied some coconut oil and wiping with plain cloth /water. She never had diaper rash for the first year. Pls help.

I understand your concern. I understand that the child did not have diaper rash earlier but that the child currently has such a rash indicates that moisture is remaining trapped. Just keep the area clean and dry. You may apply Happynap Cream or coconut oil but you need to give it a couple of days to resolve. No need to worry.
