Question : This will sound ridiculous, but if someone ate a piece of really hot meat and swallowed it would sore throat and coughing be symptoms. I’ve been to an urgent care center and they ruled out strep throat, none of the prescriptions for pain are working and the area in my mouth started first in my throat and is spreading to the roof of my mouth. I’m not running a temperature.
