Can Cricopharyngeal Spasm Or Botox Injection Cause A Constant Feeling Of Something Prickly In The Throat And Recurrent Stomach Flu?

Question: Dear Doctor,
I live in XXXX. I'm suffering form the non-stop heavy symptom of feeling something prickly stuck in my throat making me can't lead normal life at all. It is recurrence after a stomach flu two years ago. I have seen many doctors and tried many medications & treatment without any effect to release or reduce my symptom. Since my illness history is kind of complicated and I have many medical reports, I prepared a 5-page summary to make it clear of my situation as uploaded. I would really appreciate if you can review this doc I prepared that I believe it clearer and easier than reading those large amount of original medical reports. From this doc of my experiences, you can see that several illness can be ruled out as the reason of my throat symptom. I think my situation is rare. Now I doubt that the symptom is caused by cricopharyngeal spasm and I may need to do Botox injection. Do you have any advice for me?
Thanks & best regards,
XXXX
