Can Cystoscopy Detects The Infection?
Question: Dear sir, I am suffering from erectile dysfunction since 13 years.Long back I had done unprotected sex (oral sex also)with commercial sex workers .My symptoms are nerve pain from foot bottom to head, itching on head,lymph nodes swelling near elbow,walking problems,sleep problems.Urinalysis,vdrl,urine pcrs for chlamydia & gonorrhea,hiv, hepatitis etc are negative.Strong smelling urine,foamy and cloudy urine.My colonoscopy is normal.H pylori infection was diagnosed by endoscopy.I have used medication.I am having hsv1 & hsv2.Can cystoscopy detects the infection?Is it good to consult neurologist?I am having diabetes since 8 years.What are oral stds?Can ypu please give suggestions

Dear sir,My urine culture test is negative.MRI scan result-Cystitis-Mild urinary bladder wall thickening.TRUST test impression-(1) Mild prostatomegaly (2) No focal lesions in the prostate (3) Normal gland vacularity.Can you please give suggestions
