Kindly explain the symptoms..

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome Again..

As per your reply it does not seems like related to Salivary Glands..
It might be a sinus infection if you have symptoms like nasal congestion, pain in face around nose, pain in upper gums, bad smell from nose etc..
It can be either bacterial or Viral infection..

So I would like to know what are your symptoms? What makes you feel there is draining?

Waiting for your reply..

Thanks and regards.

Brief Answer:
Seems like excessive salivation..

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome Again..

As per your complain when you such on a sour candy there is a slight tingly feeling as well as increased salivation..
In your case tingling might be due to injury to terminal nerve endings secondary to Dermal fillers injection..

I would suggest you to consult your treating physician and get evaluated to get checked for any nerve related problems..
If there is also increase in salivation you can consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated for the exact cause and get treated accordingly..
As of now for increased salivation you can gargle with mouthwash as it has drying effect in mouth..
