Can Diabetes Cause Insomnia, Excessive Sweating And Mouth Dryness?

Question: Hi Doc, my mother aged 40, who has a diabetic condition is having this starge things recently. She is having trouble with sleep and extreame sweating evem at room temperature. Adding to that she also feels that her mouth and tongue is getting very while in sleep and she has to drink water to keep her mouth wet. She says she doesn't feel dozziness or nausea. She had low BP conditions too.
Is this a medical condition related to diabetes or is this some psychological issue like anxiety or depression. Please let us know. We are worried.

First and foremost, I am absolutely certain that this is very unlikely to be a psychological issue.

I am quite sure that this is related to her sugars.
The fact that she has thirst and excess water intake is also suggestive that the issues are related to the sugars.
The sweating might occur with very high sugars as well as reduced sugars.

Would like a greater description of what are the issues with sleeping.
I would like to know the medications she takes.
I would like to know what are her current sugars.
What are the sugars at the episode?
What is the BP at the episode?
What is her usual sugar control like?
