Can Diarrhea Cause Increased Fetal Movement During Pregnancy?
i recently suffered from diarrhoea and was admitted in hospital for 2 days. im in my 7th month of pregnancy. post diarrhoea im experiencing lot of baby movements. its a sudden change. is it normal? or is it due to loss of water im experiencing this?
please suggest.

A loss of water due to diarrhea can decrease the amniotic fluid also but that will be associated with a decrease in the baby movements. An increase in baby movements usually indicate the well being of the baby and is not worrisome. This can be a normal variation. Do take care of your diet and have a protein rich healthy food with plenty of fluids orally. The baby movements will gradually normalize on its own.

its said babies active in the womb could be a boy or babies with less active can be a girl. similarly with higher heart beat are girls. is it just a beleifs or true?
