Brief Answer:
Please go through explaination.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for choosing "Ask a Doctor" service for your query,
Have seen your details,
As per your query answer is-
Bowel obstruction,Constipation,Lack of fibers in diet any inflammatory condition like inflammatory bowel disease may also cause thin stool.
Thin stool is just a sign of colon cancer along with it there are many other signs too.
Your reports seems to be normal.
WBC and Neutrophils both are normal so it can't be acute flare up of diverticulitis.
To rule out colon carcinoma a colonosopy should be done.
Just thin stool is a sign and not a characterstic feature of any specific disease.
Hope i was helpful,
Thank you!

Thank you doctor, here is more information:
I am actually on day 5 of diverticulitis treatment. Initial WBC before treatment was at 19000. I did have a XXXXXXX injected CT scan which was the diagnosis for Diverticulitis with no complication.
All the googling on thin stool is what’s having me so concerned with colon cancer.
