Brief Answer:
Vaginal infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Douching can lead to disturbances in he normal flora of vagina, leading to vaginal infection, especially bacterial vaginosis or candidiasis.
Cottage cheese discharge with slight bleeding is more suggestive of candidiasis.
I will suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined internally to confirm the diagnosis and get appropriate treatment timely.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
