Can Dysautonomia Affect Vision?
Question: I just have a quick question. Can dysautonomia affect vision? My vision fluctuates from being able to see distances without glasses to vision becoming blurry with or without glasses.
Brief Answer:
No!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Dysautonomia actually affects the autonomic system. Vision is controlled by cranial nerves. By this, dysautonomia cannot cause visual changes. If your vision fluctuates this much, it is best to see an ophthalmologist for a comprehensive evaluation and care.
I wish you well.
Hope I have answered your query.
