Brief Answer:
Most likely due to green color food.

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Thanks for choosing HealthcarreMagic for your query.
Have gone through your details and answers are-

It may be due to bile pigment in the stool because diarrhea (due to looz) moves food too quickly thorough the intestine so the intestinal chemicals and bacteria can't break down the bile pigment to its normal brown color.
Secondly the green color may be due to food you are on.
So dont worry at all and try to introduce things gradually.Your body is a system which needs time to adjust to changes so i troduce changes gradually.

Though not asked yet some suggestions for constipation are-
It may be due to bile pigment in the stool because diarrhea moves food too quickly thorough the intestine so the intestinal chemicals and bacteria can't break down the bile pigment to its normal brown color, or the green color may be due to certain foods like green, leafy vegetables or green food coloring.
-Linseed: is extremely useful in difficult cases of constipation. One teaspoon of linseed with warm water should be taken at night for bulk and lubrication.
-Use fish oil and castor oil-Fish oil is believed to encourage healthy digestion and castor oil produces a laxative effect when ingested
-Fruits and vegetables, which contain high amounts of fiber, aid in alleviating symptoms of constipation,Whole-grain bread, XXXXXXX oatmeal, beans and lentils can also relieve the problem so use it Instead of highly processed rice, eat brown rice, millet or bulgur.
Take Fybogel husk-Fybogel sachets and Fybogel Hi-Fibre sachets both contain the active ingredient ispaghula husk, which is a type of medicine called a bulk-forming laxative. Ispaghula is a type of fibre. It swells when it comes into contact with fluid in the gut and thus increases the volume of the faeces. It increases the bulk in your stool, an effect that helps to cause movement of the intestines. It also works by increasing the amount of water in the stool, making the stool softer and easier to pass. Psyllium, one type of bulk-forming laxative.

Keep on taking laxative and introduce life style changes gradually.

Thanks!

Brief Answer:
follow up.

Detailed Answer:
As already expained above dear our body needs time to adjust.
Constipation is a chronic disorder and you have to remain patience while following life style modification.Too much of any yhing is good for nothing.Eating lots of cucumbers or eating excessive fibers would increase your trouble by gas formation.
So best advice is-
Consult a dietician.
Get a proper diet chart(Provide her all things you want to include and she could add things to your regimen properly).

Intially take lactulose for 3 months with gradual life style change.Slowly and slowly try to taper off lactulose and shift yourself to life style modification.

Don't panic.Things will take time.

Thank you!

Brief Answer:
No, Cremaffin is inferior to lactulose.

Detailed Answer:
Hey dear,

Firstly please don't hurry to taper off the medications.

Lactulose is a very safe laxative and can be used for many months without any side effect. So no need to taper off lactulose after few days only.

Start taking 15 ml of lactulose with 50 ml of water once daily before going to bed for 21 days initially.Doses can be increased to 30 ml once daily.

You can stop bifilac and start Econorm XXXXXXX thrice daily its a better probiotic.
Take isaphaghula husk 2 tsf daily with 50 ml of XXXXXXX warm water before going to bed.

Please Follow-up after 21 days.
