Can Elevated Prolactin Level Cause Miscarriage?

Question: Hello Doctor, What is effect of High Prolactin value in Pregnancy for women especially on egg quality?
My wife had taken a test for FSH 2months before and found that her prolactin value is 42ng/ml and our doctor prescribed Vitamin B6 tablet for 10days to reduce the prolactin value. After that today(First day of Menstrual cycle) she took the test again and the value not decreased(it is 43ng/ml). But in between she undergone a follicular study last month and doctor was telling that her follicles are good and ruptured on 13th day after 22mm growth.
But Is it possible to get good ovulation with high prolactin value? Is there any test that need to be conducted to find the Egg quality?
Note :-
1) She is getting periods regularly 26 to 28days
2) We were TTC for last year and half and not even a single time her period got delayed
3) My semen analysis test is done doctor was telling it is normal.
Thanks in Advance.
