However, it is not impossible, since a very massively enlarged bladder due to enlarged prostate can cause bowel obstruction. But, this is very very rare finding. Usually, symptoms of enlarged prostate include weak urine stream, Hesitancy starting urine stream, Incomplete voiding sensation, Urinary Retention. Hope I have answered your query.
