Can Fat Stranding Cause Stomach Pain

Question: hi My husband had lower left side stomach pain and we visited doctor. Since it was sunday there were only emergency doctor. He suspected kidney stone and did a CT scan. All parameters ok except mild suscpicious fat stranding in LIF. Doctor mentioned it is nothing to worry and prescribed medicine for pain. My husband doesnt have pain now but iam worried about fat stranding and what is causing that and should we do further investigation.

His CBC and Kidney profile is normal.

i see the reports you uploaded.
I don't think that fat stranding is something to worry about. I think he may need to do lipid profile test to check if lipids are high. According to the results he may need low fat diet or medications.
Also increasing physical activity may be needed.
Cbc and kidney profile are normal.
