Brief Answer:
Fatigue is a very nonspecific symptom

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Fatigue in general is a very vague symptom. It may be related to stress, depression, metabolic disease, and others, and is only rarely caused by cancer.

If you have gastrointestinal symptoms. e.g. changes in bowel habits, bloody stools, weight loss, anemia, a colonoscopy would be an obvious next step.

Since you've already had the colon test, I don't think it's anything concerning.

Hope this helps. Feel free to ask further.
