I can understand your concern.
Baby may not take the feeds well due to the bad smell. So I would suggest you to discard the old bottle and to use a new one.Clean the sterlizer well before using that,so that the new bottle does not get the burnt smell.
Please let me know if you have any more query.

thank you very much! I was about to discard them out anyways! did the melted burnt rubber from the aspirator make the bottles unsafe to use? it is now just a who's right between my husband and I :p... I didn't think the package containing the Nasal aspirator said bpa free would it have contaminated the bottle after being smokes by it
Brief Answer:
Burnt nasal aspirator releases lots of chemicals
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for follow up
BPA free nasal aspirator are made up of polypropylene; which when get burnt releases lots of organic products by oxidation and decomposition. It also releases harmful gases like carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide.
One of the organic product is formaldehyde which when ingested or inhaled in toxic amount can cause harm to the baby.
So,it depends on how much time the bottle was in the sterlizer.
Assessment of exact amount of toxic compound is difficult,so it is always better to avoid the affected bottle.
