Can Fever Be Associated With Heart Attack?
Question: do you run a fever with a heart attack
Brief Answer:
Yes,fever could be but slightly unlikely.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM.
Heart attack is known as acute myocardial infarction in medical terms which means heart musculature starts to die due to lack blood supply to the the heart as a result of occlusion of the heart arteries (i.e.coronary arteries).
Sometimes low grade fever can be associated with heart attack but it occurs slightly unlikely and does not seen in every case.
High grade fever may also come if there is any other associated illness or due to some infective component.
Hope this helps and let em know if you need more help.
