Question: Hi I have had an MRI Scan on my brain after suffering years of drop seizures that have now been diagnosis as depersonalisation seizures ...have been on heaps of medicine and anti anxiety to stop them with no avail ..my report of the MRI is Focal encephalomalacia in the left anterior front lobe and left anterior lobe are consistent with traumatic encephalomalacia ...could this be causing the seizures 10 years on meds galore and am now detoxing !
Brief Answer:
Traumatic epilepsy
Detailed Answer:
Dear
I am sorry for the symptoms you have suffered
I red your MRI report and yes those lessions can cause epilepsy.
It still need examination to be sure that is encephalopathia which is causing seizures.
In my advice you should schedule an brain EEG and that will explain everything.
Hope my answer helps you
