Brief Answer:
Take treatment for stroke and seizure and get investigated

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Fracture of spinal vertebrae is not associated with seizures or stroke.
Recurrent episodes of stroke or transient ischaemic attacks needs to be evaluated in detail.
Cardiac evaluation, carotid and aortic vessels needs to be assessed.
Blood coagulation profile, blood sugar, blood pressure, liver function test, lipid profile and kidney function test to be done.
In some cases of stroke especially cardioembolic, seizures may occur.
The treatment for stroke is management of primary cause and aspirin or clopidogrel for prevention. Anticoagulant can be required if atrial fibrillation is present.
For seizure, antiepileptics like levetiracetam, lacosamide, carbamazepine, phenytoin should be administered.
Side effects should be managed and drug changed accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
