If a man has pharyngeal infection with gonorrhea and he performs oral sex on a woman there is a chance of transmission. Similarly a woman can get pharyngeal gonorrhea by performing oral sex on a man.

I agree that the chances are minimal but they are not entirely theoretical. Pharyngeal infection can be transmitted. The risk of transmission depends on the local prevalance of pharyngeal gonorrhea but it actually depends on whether the person concerned here had pharyngeal infection or not.
