Can Hair Color Or Maybe A Shampoo Cause Acne On Head?

Question: I am having mild acne on my head. I usually wash my hair everyday so I don think so this is beacuse of hygiene. Is is due to use of hair color or maybe a particular shampoo is not suitable for me. Can you suggest any oil shampoo to get rid of head acne

Hello,
I read your query and here is my advice.
First of all you can have acne even if you have good hygiene. Some types of skin produce more oil than others so this may block skin pores and causes infection.
You can use antibiotic corticosteroid ointment to treat them.
Also you can use isotretinoin orally.
Use antibacterial shampoo or salicylic acid shampoo to prevent infection.
Also oral antibiotics such minocycline may be used.
