Can Having A Colonoscopy Change Bowel Movements/frequency For A While After?

Question: I am a 44 year old female I had a colonoscopy Monday afternoon. Everything showed clear. For some reason since the colonoscopy I have increased bowel movements. I usually go once per day. Since the colonoscopy I go around three times per day. The bowel movements are fully formed. My question is can having a colonoscopy change bowel movements/frequency for a while after.
Brief Answer:
No.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Before colonoscopy, for preparing the bowel, you would have taken a laxative which would have caused an increased frequency of bowel movements which would have been watery.
But having increased bowel movements even 4 days after the procedure may not be related to the procedure.
Are you passing formed stools or watery stools?
