Brief Answer:
No risk of heart attack or stroke
Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear
First of all I would like to congratulate you for your wedding and my best wishes.
Now coming back to your question, I would like to tell you that there is no risk of having any heart attack or stroke due to sex. You are a young and a healthy guy so don't worry and just enjoy your married life.
Have sex when both of you are ready for that don't force it. And don't be stressed or afraid as that will spoil your day.
I hope this information will relieve your worries.
Kind regards
