Brief Answer:
Hello Again
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
If she had heart fib before then probably her heart rate has gone high due to which she has developed these symptoms of failure.
So it's advisable to take her to the ER and get her evaluated before symptoms worsen.
Hope I have answered your query.
Take care
