Does the heat mak your blood pressure go down remember i take high blood pressure pills and cholesterol pills to bring mine up also laxis water pill .

When body temperature increases the blood vessels in peripheral part dilates to increase sweating(natural way of body to reduce temperature).Indirectly as vessels dilate blood pressure decreases.
