Question: hi I am 28 im 163cm and wish too grow taller im healthy and have vitamin D tablets non smoker and fit what is the best way of doing so I have been researching on Ellipse technology ??

Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern,but the fact is that you can not increase your height after the age from 21-22 because your long bones get fused at their ends and one stops gaining height after that.
However it can be done surgically by the method called as limb lengthening,but this method is complicated and once you know the details,I am pretty sure you would avoid getting it done.In case you are still interested,you can consult an orthopedic surgeon who is specialising in this field.
