Brief Answer:
probably not...

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

so you've tylenol, aspirin and some non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs)... These drugs should have provided at least some relief. The only available option (with a prescription drug) that's left is to add opioids to your regimen. Using all types of painkillers usually enhances each other's efficacy. So using tylenol with diclofenac and a mild opioid should provide more comfort. There are various formulations for mild (or stronger) opioids. All of them require a prescription, so you should talk to your primary care physician about it.

Regarding herbal supplements I doubt you'll find significant - if any - relief. There is no herb that I know that's used for this purpose (painful hydrocele). Perhaps your doctor may consider either drainage or surgical correction?

I hope you find my comments helpful!
Kind Regards!
