Question : my blood pressure has been 169 over 100 at a krogers test your own pressure machinces what causes this im 48 yrs old i do drink and have anxeity problems bioploler ocd been having my body heating up no fever would high blood pressure cause this

We like to see the blood pressure in the 120's/70's range if at all possible. While kidney disease and obesity can lead to hypertension, for the most part, we don't know what causes high blood pressure.
