Brief Answer:
Its unusual
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal
I have read your query
The problem you have stated is possible theoretically. However it is not a common cause of the arrhythmias.
The blood with too many RBCs is thick blood and therefore the blood has a chance of clotting. The clotted blood in the heart can cause arrythmia, depending where the clot happens.
However, this is not a common cause of such problems. Most commonly it is the electrolyte imbalance that can cause such a problem. In 15 years of practice, I have seen just 2 cases like what you have stated, its that uncommon.
Ideally, I would suggest a Holter monitoring.
Please feel free to contact me for further information
Best of luck
