here are all of the mri images that were taken. i have been back and forth from steriod to anti inflamatories to a cordozone injection as well as physical therapy. none of these have worked. all the medications i had took never did bring the inflamation down or relieve pain. a few of the medications ive been on for this is a steriod pack, meloxicam, naproxen, tramadol. there are more but i cant remember them all. when i move my shoulder a certain way it crunches and pops my bone near the scapula. it is a constant sharp or sometimes theobbing pain in the shoulder and the rest of my back feels sore and tight. it is only my left shoulder that is hurt. i have not injured myself in any way but my doctor said he thinks it may be the size of my breasts. i am trying to get a second opinion becausw my doctor didnt know what was wrong and why none of the treatments are helping.
Brief Answer:
There is hyperintensity in the rotator cuff
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
We have to see all the sequence and images for proper interpretation.
There is hyperintensity in the rotator cuff which may indicate tendinitis(inflammation).
This may be the reason for pain.
Otherwise, no major pathology seen in uploaded images.
If possible, please upload more images for better interpretation.

Hope I have answered your query.

Brief Answer:
Intraarticular steroid injection should be helpful to you.
Detailed Answer:
