Brief Answer:
To think beyond thyroid

Detailed Answer:
Good day,
Noted your concern.
Hypothyroidism can cause few kilos of weight gain and usually this is reversible on correcting hypothyroidism. Actalin is a dietery supplement and may not necessarily help you to lose weight. What was your last TSH level ?

If your TSH levels are normal and despite that if you are gaiing weight, you ned to think about an alternate cause of weight gain. You had mentioned about pituitary issues. Could you elaborate on it ?
