Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

Esofag is esomeprazole which is an anti GERD medication and decreases gastric acid generation. You may continue this if prescribed by your doctor and should take it on empty stomach and before breakfast as directed.

Loose motions and stomach pains may be due to acute gastroenteritis probably due to food intake. You must take in adequate amounts of fluids and water to avoid dehydration. Also you can include an anti spasmodic medication for the cramps. Please observe yourself for a day and if you still continue to have loose stools and cramps which are not improving then you must consult a doctor and take antibiotics to kill the bacteria multiplying in your intestine. Right now you should be taking home cooked bland food with low oil and not spicy.

Hope your query is answered.
