Can I Get HIV After Having Protected Sex?

Question: Hi my age 25..on 15th march night i had sex with a dance bar girl in , Mumbai. i used two condom in 1st intercourse , then one condom in 2 intercourse. In first intercourse condom was ok , in 2nd time intercourse condom came half forward but covering half of the penis. i sucked her breast and nipple and lady was not lactating . I put my nose on her genital for some seconds but did not lick neither bite i did fingering on the upper part of her vagina for some seconds. can i have hiv due to this

. I am circumsised.no cut in finger.i want to know about HIV transmission if during second time , after doing sex when I remove the penis I saw condom a bit forward due to slight shrinking of the penis .there was no break in the condom but condom was bit forward.so even though the tip of the penis is cover is there chances of HIV .the girl looked normal without any single pimple in her I guess.i asked her she told she is not having HIV .is there any chances of HIV

i have got married on april 6th . i had un protected sex 8 to 9 times with my wife ...last sex 6 days before.i am observing one pimple on my penis . i have attached photo. it is not painful . when i press i got a very slight clear fluid . it is related to any uncurable disease . Am i at risk of hiv . Kindly help

I have read your query and understood your concern.

As per details you have given , the chances of hiv transmission are highly unlikely.
The transmission of hiv takes place through secretions or blood contact during intercourse. Had there been some abrasion or cut over the genitalia in contact , then only there are chances of transmission. That too are not too high.

In case, you want to confirm and are still in doubt , you may go for test for hiv antibodies which appear atleast 2 weeks after exposure. For early detection, you may go for P24 antigen assay for hiv.

I have seen the attached pic also. It is looking like folliculitis that is bacterial infection of hair follicle. For it, you may apply mupirocin 2% cream twice daily over the lesion for a week.

Hii so there is no major problem I need to worry about like genital warts,herpes ?..plz suggest

I was told that the tip of the penis was what need to be cover . So no exposer for HIV..is it true?

Welcome again.

From the pic, its not looking like wart or herpes.
You are true,tip of penis should be covered because that is the mucosal surface. The chances of transmitted through abrasion are easy. Other reason is to protect from contact of secretions.
But in case there is abrasion on shaft that makes contact of blood then only transmitted can occur. There too chances are almost none.

So basically you need to worry as chances are almost nil.
I will like to advise you to avoid indulging in such activities which can pose you at risk of such diseases.

I had also done .urine test after encounter on April 3rd and the pus cell was 1-2 range and the clinic person told no uti infection. So last question will i really need to worry and get anxious about hiv, herpes nd wart..plz advice

There is no evidence UTI in the report.
As discussed earlier the chances of HIV are very unlikely.
But at present we can't comment on Herpes. If you want to get tested for that you can get it done after 2 weeks of exposure.
Same in case of genital warts it is difficult to comment as they can appear later usually within 9 months.
So no one can give you a guarantee for that.
I would suggest you to use condoms while you have sex with your partber .
