Brief Answer:
No pregnancy if you had three periods after last unprotected sex

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in details.
If you had unprotected sex on 14th Nov and then took Unwanted 72 within 5 hours then you did the right thing. Having regular periods on 19 Nov is explained by the high dose of hormones in Unwanted 72. This happens with most women. The periods you had on 15th Dec 2014 and 6th XXXXXXX 2015 are also explained. Therefore there is no chance of a pregnancy arising out of unprotected sex on 14th Nov.

The loose motions and stomach upset is due to food related infection. You can take antibiotics such as ciprofloxacin and tinidazole for 5 days twice a day after taking a prescription from your doctor. Taking medications to reduce stomach acid formation such as pantoprazole once daily on empty stomach might also help in your recovery and this is also a prescription medication. Please drink lots of water and fresh juices to avoid dehydration and have food cooked at home for two weeks.

Emergency pills like Unwanted 72 must be taken only in emergency and not more than once in 2 to 3 months. Taking it frequently can cause you to have irregular periods, ovarian cysts and infertility. This is because it contains a high dose of hormones.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.
