Brief Answer:
You can give dolo 650 mg

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for asking on this platform

I have gone through the query and do understand your concern.
For this age you can give paracetamol four times a day. Dolo contains paracetamol and you can repeat paracetamol at an interval of 6 hours.
If fever persists even after giving paracetamol 6 hourly please consult your pediatrician.
Don't give brufen or other nsaids without consultation of doctor as high grade fever can be due to dengue and here paracetamol only is the safe medicine.
Do sponging with leukwarm water it helps in decreasing the temperature. Give plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration.

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more questions.
Regards
