Moderate exercise, adequate protein intake and vitamin supplements

Detailed Answer:
Dear,
Welcome to HCM
As I can understand from your complaints your major concern is regarding if weight gain.
Before commenting on your weight being normal or not, I need to consider your height.
Weight of 60 Kg at your age appears healthy.

For your question regarding gain of muscle mass,

A moderate to heavy exercise with adequate protein and vitamin supplements is suggestible. for exercise I would suggest to consult a physical trainer, as proper work out technique is essential to avoid injuries.

Protein supplements in form of whey protein can be indicated, however after normal renal function test. Here I suggest you to get a baseline renal function profile done prior to intake of any supplements, as they tend to increase the load of excretion on kidneys.

Daily intake of 1 gram of protein per kg weight(80-100gm of whey protein) can be taken if moderate workout is done daily.

Do not go for steroid supplements as they have serious adverse effects on body.
Vitamin b complex supplements are equally essential.

Hope to have satisfied your query.
Welcome for further suggestions.
regards,
