Brief Answer:
everything has its life
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing to HCM.
It seems that the life of your fistula is over and you will now need a new one.
Fistula creates very high blood flow and turbulence, this weakens its wall and gradually over time it gets week enough not to sustain that pressure. So it has now lived its life. So I would recommend that you get a new one.
Hope I have been helpful.
