Hi,

Thanks for writing to HCM.

It all depends upon the degree of prolapse.

If it is minor, you may have it, but if pain occurs more or the prolapse is causing discomfort, then stop it.

For moderate one, its rather not advisible, as chances of discomfort and injury are considerably higher.
