Hello!
Thank you for the query.
If you have stitches on the skin and bandage on it, you can take the bandages off and wash the wounds with water and soap. But if you have steri strip on the wounds, they should stay untouched for about 10 days. (if you want me to give more precise answer, please attach a photo of the wounds).
You can have sex and masturbate. No problem with that. Just remember to do not lift heavy objects as there is a risk of hernia in the wounds area.
Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.

I suggest you to remove the strips 14 days after surgery (10 days is usually enough, but to be 100% sure, 14 days is a good time). It should not get wet during this 14 days (otherwise they will fall of).
No need to diet change. Please note that appendix is unimportant part of digestive tract. So with appendix or without it, diet is exactly the same. So feel free to eat everything you have before the surgery. Maybe not right away. Give your intestines few more days to get back to normal. During that time, try some mild diet, without fatty foods.
Hope this will help.
