Question: Hi this is jullian i had covid 19 this december 12 2020 than started medications also full body blood report done found 2 months avg sugar is 224 till than i did not had any tablets for duabetes alao i didnot k ow about it thaf i had it . also fatty liver observed dr suggested metorec 500 mg 1 dosage after dinner for sugar

Also morning sugar comes near 200 any specific diet u can suggest for it. As i am just covid 19 recovered patient treatment got over in 24 12 2020 and just at home qurantine i was not having isaue regarding sugar..but during the blood test hbiac got randim 2 months avg 224 also got fatty liver
I want to ask can this sugar level be due to fattly liver as i am a regular alchol intaker XXXXXXX 3 to 4 pegs

In broad sense low calorie diet is waht right for a diabetic . eating less than previously will surely bring the sugars down.
If you have been on optimum or low amount of calorie per day then you may have to go for low carbohydrate diet .
