Brief Answer: get urine culture Detailed Answer: Hi I am Dr Mittal, MD and i am going to try to help you with the query You see the infection can occur repeatedly with similar symptoms But the causative organisms keep changing And so accordingly changes the antibiotics needed So I would suggest testing a urine culture Let me know the reports And a treatment scheme can be scheduled accordingly Best of luck Dr Mittal
