You can safely fly.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
I have noted your symptoms and the diagnosis made.
It is unfortunate that you developed a massive stroke due to possible vasculitis in Sjogren's syndrome. In any case, there is no need to worry as you would improve with physiotherapy and medications.
Regarding your query regarding air travel, it is reasonably safe to fly one month after the stroke. Now, as more than four months have passed, you can safely fly to England from XXXXXXX
I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.
Wishing you good health,

No, it is not true.
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.
It is not true that the pressure of flying could rupture your brain vessels.
This is because of two reasons:
Firstly, the pressure inside an aircraft cabin is maintained within normal limits.
Secondly, the blood vessel rupture does not happen because of pressure. The rupture occurs either due to high blood pressure or a disease of vessel wall, making it weak.
So, there is no fear of vessel rupture when you fly.
