Please find my observations below.

1. Cream T bact contains mupirocin which is antibacterial preparation and used for skin infections.

2. It is recommended to apply the cream to the boil thrice a day for ten days. However please watch the area for improvement. If there is no improvement after 3 to 5 days then you should consult your doctor and get oral antibiotics prescribed at recommended dose.

3. Please protect the boil from dust and allow the pus to drain by itself if present. If large amount of pus is there with severe pain and inflammation then you it is better to consult the doctor immediately for drainage and medicine.
