Dermadew cream is a moisturizing cream.

I would rather suggest you to use a topical antibiotic e.g Silverex cream (contains silver sulphadiazine), twice daily for a burn.

Burn is happens form hot oil. will this cream work to qick heal as burn is on stomach.

Hi.

The aim of treatment in a burn is to prevent secondary bacterial infection till the raw area gets covered with new skin, therefore I have asked you to use (silver sulphadiazine) silverex cream.

A burn would heal (form new skin) in about a week or so. Till then you should apply a topical antibiotic (silverex cream) in order to prevent it from getting infected. This cream is available OTC.
