Brief Answer:
Tacrolismus is not a good idea.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Tacrolismus is not a good idea. It can worsen the hemorrhoid condition. Please note that there is no medicine which will completely cure it. Only surgical removal ca do it.
All you can do is to improve its condition so the symptoms will go away. To do that please follow this steps:
- add fiber rich products to your diet
- do not push hard on stool
- wash you rectum after every stool
- have sitz baths with Oak Bark twice a day for 5 days
- have some hemorrhoids suppositories

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
