Yes ibuprofen can cause blood in the urine.

Detailed Answer:
Good day and thank you for being with health care magic!

Ibuprofen or any nsaids can cause hematuria or blood in the urine on long term use. this has been established connection for some time now. the reason for this is because the drug say some form of kidney damage (renal papillary necrosis) thereby causing blood in the urine.

That being said other causes of blood in the urine should be taken account for and be ruled out. I suggest doing a urinalysis and kub prostate ultrasound. Cessation off drug intake would stop the blood in the urine.
