                                            Question : Hi DR sheppe.It has been a while since we have talked, Ihave stopped cocaine now for 8 day have gone through acute withdrawl.My question is i have created two small indentations on my septum due to my use.i have read on the internet that the septum has great capacity to regenerate.do you think the holes will repair themselves with time.

This is impossible to predict. Sometimes this can repair, if the level of damage is small. Sometimes the damage is permanent. If you want an expert evaluation, your nose has to be examined directly by an ENT doctor in-person. This is what I recommend to best determine if the level of damage is large enough to be permanent.
