Can Insomnia Cause Low Libido ?

Question: have been suffering from insomnia since last couple of the years, i have visited psychiatric doctor, she has prescribed some medicine to increase seraton in brain, these kind of medicine having side effects to decrease erection in penis. now after completing this course of medicine now I have been suffering from eractile disfunction issues. Please help on these to get normal eraction while having sex.

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have been taking anti psychotic drugs for i nsomnia and facing problem of Erectile Dysfunction .(ED)

Anti Psychotic drugs taken over a period of long time are known to cause side effects of sexual dysfunction .Following measure will help you to boost up your confidence and getting good erection..
1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.and Zinc
3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday..
4) Avoid alcohol and smoking..

Taking Cialis (Tadalafil 5mg daily aat thge same time and 20mg one hour before on the day of planned sexual activity will help to get good hard sustainable erection and to have enjoyable sex. However it works only on sexual stimulation hence spent more time in foreplay and your female partner has to be very cooperative during sexual act.

Dear sir,

Thanks for your valuable response. I will do all As per your suggestion.

Please find the attached prescription which i have used during my insomnia treatment.
I don't have diebetic history.
I don't have BP issues.
But still I have been facing anxiety and depression.
Please suggest further treatment.
