Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
The bruise and mild swelling is likely to reduce on its own with rest, icing and pain killers in a week. In case the pain or swelling increases then do consult an orthopedician for a direct examination.
Hope my answer is helpful.
